New York: Qatar participated in a high-level event on climate action, on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

Qatar was represented in the meeting by Minister of International Cooperation H E Dr. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad. Besides, Al Misnad met with H E Dr. Rola Abdullah Hussein Dashti, Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
